D&H Corporate Efficiency will at all times conduct their business with honesty, trust, integrity, competency and confidentiality.

All members of D&H Corporate Efficiency shall:

• demonstrate a commitment to the quality of work undertaken for each client
  
  
• operate within professional standards and practices
  
  
• display themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times
  
  
• conduct their business with honesty, moral responsibility and competency
  
  
• protect the client's interests and privacy, and advise the client wisely and honestly
  
  
• preserve all confidential information obtained during the course of work, and not use the information for personal gain nor in a way that would be damaging to the client
  
  
• avoid any agreement or contract that may be in conflict with the interests of the client
  
  
• conduct themselves with honesty, integrity and trust in all professional relationships
  
  
• cooperate with other professionals in achieving understanding and in identifying problems
  
  
• obtain permission for the use of, and fairly acknowledge the work of, others.
